About FIPS-FISMA

FISMA

The Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) is a United States (US) federal law enacted as Title III of the 2002 E‐Government Act (Pub.L. 107–347, 116 Stat. 2899).

FIPS 140-2

The FIPS 140-2 validation process examines the cryptographic modules. Level 1 examines the algorithms used in the cryptographic component of the software.

FIPS 140-3

CDI has submitted our flagship PA100 line for FIPS 140-3 in November 2020. We hope to have our Validation completed by January 2022. As of July 2021 there have been no 140-3 Validations issued to any vendors.
