CDI partnered with a global telecom provider to help a F100 company manage network outages at remote sites.

• THOUSANDS OF LOCATIONS Managed Services provider Client has over 15,000 locations, each location is serviced by global telecom’s software defi ned WAN services which offer a high level Service Level Agreement, demanding high uptime.

• SECURE IP ACCESS AND MANAGEMENT Each office location has a pair of broadband routers, delivering IP access to each site location. In addition to the pair of routers on site, the locations also have Serial Console (Out of Band Management) access to equipment under management.

• IT SUPPORT REQUIREMENTS Locations are occupied by office staff, and typically do not have dedicated resources on site for IT support.
