We are very excited to announce the launch of our new Support Center.

The new CDI support center has a much improved help desk ticketing system designed to improve the speed and efficiency of our customer support. Not only will you be able to submit tickets with greater ease, but you can see the full correspondence with your service agent and your tickets will be saved even after they’ve been closed.

We’ve also created a “Knowledge Base” within the support center which contains all our technical manuals, install sheets, cable information and software support guidance.
