Management is separated into two categories:

Secure Management via DDM

 

All products are managed securely via the DDM manager:

  1. DDM ODBC (stand alone)
  2. DDM SQL (networked)

 

Operations Management via SSM


Included in DDM is our Secure Session Manager that allows separate access to the remote devices for the technicians without access to the security credentials.
