Tadhg Kelly serves as president and CEO for Communication Devices Inc. Mr. Kelly has over 30 years experience at the company from Engineering, Sales, and the executive office. Tadhg holds a BS degree in electrical engineering and computer science from Fairleigh Dickenson University along with completing numerous post graduate courses in business, management, and computer science.
Mr. Kelly started at the company as an engineer working in a software and hardware development role. He designed microprocessor based devices as well as wrote code in assembly language serving the news service industry and the financial networks sector. Tadhg Holds 5 United States Patents with 2 more in process and has sat on NIST’s X9F committee which develops security standards for the financial industry as well as the FIPS 140 standards. Mr. Kelly was able to leverage that knowledge of the product set to become a sales engineer who spent most of his time at customer sites interrogating customers as to what kinds of problems the customer needed solved. It was on one of these trips that Tadhg came across the need for secure out of band management. After a decade on the road Tadhg moved into the executive office and began running the company. He has spent over 15 years at the helm and has steered the company on a positive growth course over each of those years.
William “Bill” Davidson Jr. joined GLOBALFOUNDRIES in August, 2014 as senior vice president and chief administrative officer (CAO), leading the Human Resources, IT, Corporate Marketing and Communications, Government Relations, Risk Management, Sustainability and Real Estate organizations. He is responsible for aligning global processes, systems and day-to-day operating focus across the CAO teams. He also ensures the consistent policies, practices and internal controls necessary to enable effective execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Davidson has more than 25 years of experience in leading technical sales, marketing and general management roles in the telecommunications and semiconductor industries. Prior to GLOBALFOUNDRIES, he served in a dual role as senior vice president, strategy and operations and senior vice president, investor relations at Qualcomm, Inc. In these roles, Davidson oversaw reporting and operations, executed on strategic global business initiatives, and served as the primary liaison with the investment community and Qualcomm shareholders.
Davidson also spent 13 years at Bell Atlantic where he gained substantial experience in the wireline business at New Jersey Bell, as well as serving as vice president of wireless data sales and marketing for Bell Atlantic Mobile. Davidson also served as vice president of commercial sales operations for GE Capital’s telecommunications financial services division.
Henry Seelbinder has more than 30 years’ experience in the technology and software industry. He has been involved with solutions for enterprise architecture management, information security, network provisioning, database management, financial analysis and securities trading. His background includes executive management, sales management and professional services positions with various companies including SAP, Troux Technologies, RiverSoft, Orchestream, 3Com and Sybase. He holds a degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Bill specializes in providing investment advisory services to corporate executives, entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals. With over 30 years of experience as a financial services professional, he has considerable expertise in financial planning, and served as a mutual fund industry executive for more than 10 years before founding his own practice in 1997.
Bill holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bucknell University.
Born and raised in Summit, New Jersey, Bill now lives in Mendham with his wife, Laurie. In his free time, he enjoys golf, tennis, platform tennis, music, photography and spending time at home with his wife and their two cats. In 2010, the Burkes hosted a Rotary exchange student from Spain, an engineering student at the University of Girona, who is now like a son to them.
